The majority of our products are dispatched on the following business day using a tracked 48-hour delivery service, ensuring delivery within four days of placing your order.

Any pre-engraved item can be returned within 14 days
Any personalised item can’t be returned due to being unable to be resold

Unfortunately, we only provide shipping services to the United Kingdom due to the additional expenses associated with shipping to other countries.
Depending on the quantity and nature of the items ordered, they may be delivered in multiple packages.

Once an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is provided a returns address will also be given.

Unfortunately once an order is placed it can only be cancelled and reordered.
